It is the duty of TSC to ensure that there are enough teachers in schools and that they are well taken care of. The government should also allocate enough funds to the education sector to ensure that there are no shortages of teachers. Ongoing professional development opportunities should be provided to teachers to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies. This will not only benefit the teachers but also the students they teach. Teachers should also be given a fair salary and benefits package to attract and retain the best talent in the profession.

Furthermore, the government should invest in the infrastructure of schools to ensure that they are conducive to learning. This includes providing adequate classrooms, libraries, laboratories, and other facilities. Schools should also be equipped with modern technology to enhance the learning experience of students. Parents and guardians should also play an active role in their children's education by supporting them in their studies and engaging with their teachers. This will create a positive learning environment for the students and help them to achieve their full potential. Education is a fundamental right for every child, and it is the responsibility of all stakeholders to ensure that it is accessible, affordable, and of high quality. By working together, we can create a better future for our children and our society as a whole.

In conclusion, the issue of unemployment of teachers should be taken seriously by the government and TSC. The requirements for taking education courses should be well understood by students before they enroll in universities. Private schools should also employ qualified teachers and not just anyone who is willing to work. ECD teachers should be given full employment by both the national and county governments. Teachers should be respected and given promotions accordingly. Let us all work together to ensure that the education sector is well taken care of and that there are enough teachers to educate our children.
