Some Radio stations and television programs should up their game !
Radio stations need to up their game. They only major in failed relationships, sex, gambling and repeating same songs over and over. Is that journalism? A school drop out can be a presenter. Stage managing stories.They should be addressing the economical and social issues affecting Kenyans. They have turned a blind eye on it. Media is full of creative people who can create content around the data and information which is important to the people. But too lazy and cynical about Kenya.Gambling is being advertised right, left and centre.
Masses are being taken off their hard earned money by this habit.The role of the media in the construction of cultures and identities is very important. Quality media in Kenya can help build a strong national identity and culture leading to national cohesion as opposed to tribal identification .
