Kenya is a country that is known for its exceptional sportsmen and women who have made a name for themselves globally. These gifted achievers have brought pride and honour to our nation, and it is only fitting that we honour and reward them accordingly.
In recognition of their outstanding achievements, the government has come up with a new plan to appreciate our sportsmen and women and the creatives. The plan includes rewarding a world record breaker with Sh5 Million and considering them for a diplomatic passport and other national honours.
This is a significant step towards acknowledging the hard work and dedication that our athletes put into their craft. It is also a way of encouraging them to continue representing our country with pride and excellence.
Recently, world record breakers have been hosted at State.Reception for Faith Kipyegon and Ferdinand Omanyala has brought huge reflection. Nairobi. During the event, we also congratulated fast-rising stars Emmanuel Wanyonyi, Mary Moraa, and the rest of our World Beating Champions.
